The first spark
For your first consultation, ideally, we will invite you to a call or a zoom meeting where you can learn more about us and tell us all your ideas, and your bucket list dreams. We shall share our thoughts and ideas together in a creative melting pot. If you won’t find time for a call, you can send us an e-mail with your wishes, but we find those we speak to have a deeper connection and their trip shines brightest.
Your tailormade offer and booking
After this initial conversation, in which we will specify your travel wishes, you will receive a tailor-made offer from your Travel Designer. To make sure that your trip gets the time and dedication it deserves, you will get high level attention from your dedicated Travel Designer or even a team of Travel Designers who work hand-in-hand to turn your dreams into reality. Our teamwork will make your dream work! After you had time to digest the information, we shall discuss and make any amendments you require – after all, this is your trip! We fulfill special requests and secure exclusive amenities which are not available to the public. Once you are completely satisfied, we then proceed to turning your dreams into a booking and the realization of your trip – always with an eye on the details and the endeavor to make every stop of your trip an unforgettable experience. Do look out for our “magic moments” during your stay! We take care of all these details while you can relax and look forward to your trip.
Your secret weapon for the unexpected
Despite the best planning, life sometimes takes unforeseen paths and so it may happen that you need assistance during your trip. Whether it is a spontaneous amendment of your itinerary or an extension in your new happy place hotel. But sometimes it is also external circumstances that make a change necessary at short notice. With your Travel Designer at your side, you will always have a secret weapon for the unexpected. You can enjoy your trip while we take care of getting you back on track. Pricing
For the research, customized planning and management of your journey, we charge a fee of 400 USD per trip. This includes our research, the design and customization of your itinerary as well as our support for any necessary changes. Additional concierge services will start from 100 USD per request. We require this planning and service fee before we start working on the details of your trip and it is non-refundable. To give you the opportunity to share and discuss your ideas and to ensure that The Passionist is the right choice for your travel needs, we offer our initial consultation free of charge. Do you already know in which hotel you would like to stay and don’t need any additional research or planning support? These hotel bookings are free of charge for you and allow you to enjoy the special benefits of booking with us.
